1 Acceptance of Terms

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

8 Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 888 PHP's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 888 PHP's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888 PHP account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888 PHP customer support via live chat. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (subject to verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 of these Terms shall survive termination.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
